1. Unless otherwise stated, all dolls and graphics on this site are copyright to me, Destiny Lauritsen, and are not to be altered in any way (this includes but is not limited to: recoloring, resizing, editing, frankendolling, etc.) without my express permission. The one exception to this rule is the use of bases; bases may only be recolored, repositioned vertically or horizontally, and given clothing, hair, and accessories. The base itself may not be resized, frankendolled, or used in any other altered state.

2. If you adopt one of my dolls or use one of my bases, you must give me the appropriate credit and link back to the index page of Sabraelle's Garden. You may use a text link or a banner link. Information on linking back to my site can be found on the links page.

3. Any dolls you adopt here MUST be saved to your own computer- do not link directly to the dolls (or any other graphics) on my site. Besides being a display of horrid online manners, direct-linking steals bandwidth that I'm actually spending money on. Please don't do it.

4. My dolls and bases may only be used on non-profit, child-friendly sites and may not be used in graphics collections or 'free doll' sites for the purpose of redistribution. No exceptions.

5. If you link to me or use one of my dolls/bases, please let me know. This isn't a requirement- I just like to know which of my dolls people find more popular and I also love to visit new doll sites! ^_^

Please follow these rules; there are only five and they're pretty common to the dolling community. If I find that a rule has been broken I will privately contact the offender and issue a warning. If the problem is not taken care of in a timely manner, I will contact the proper authorities (i.e. your web site provider) and may take legal action if the problem is severe enough.
